Body Armor, “Murph”

Court and I, a bit mentally fatigued, dove head first into one of the hardest crossfit workouts in existence. It went like this:
1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats
1 mile run
About 1/3rd of the way through we were feeling better. The grit required to rip through these gargantuan sets cures ailments, physical and mental. We cheered each other through 10+ minutes of calf cramps on the last mile leg to finish in just under 1 hour.
Very rejuvenating.

    I’m very grateful you guys did this today . . . I was afraid someone would suggest it for tomorrow. Now, I know that both of you will be unable to move tomorrow.
    Seriously, where did you guys do it? Park/Playground? or at Trainer’s Place? or elsewhere?

    thats at least 13 minute better than my attempt on fri… and i subbed pull downs for pull ups.
