Holiday fitness

Todays workout got the best of all of us. I charted a difficult one in an effort to stave off this coming Saturday’s holiday guilt that will be brought on by 4 (or more) helpings of stuffing, mashed potatoes, yams and cranberries on each of the preceeding three days.
The workout: run/kettlebell swing (55lbs) /push press (35 lbs)- 3 rounds with 2 minute breaks in between each.
The run was scaled: 800 meter, 600 meter, 400 meter.

Unfortunately, we did not keep run times, this be even more telling of the story of how Marshall anihilated us. Adding insult to injury, we each did a max set of dips at the end, Marshall 20, Scott 12, Ben 12. This was a long and extremely aerobic workout.

    question, are the push press with 35 lb dumbbells in each hand or a 35 lb barbell?

    While I wasn’t there, I suspect it was push press with 35 in each hand.

    yes 35lb dumbells (two of them)
