So Cold!

We have to take this indoors pretty soon as it is getting too cold to play outside. I thought there would be more people today since we all got an extra hour of sleep, but only 4 of us showed up.
For time do 10 rounds of:
10 pullups (assisted)
10 walking lunges (5 each leg)
10 pushups
10 squats
The times ranged from 16 to 18.5 minutes. Not too shabby. Assisted pullups were done with either jumping pullups or jumpstretch bands.
If it stays this cold we probably won’t be going outside much more. We’ll post something by the end of the week letting you know about next weekend. The cold is forcing us to look really hard for our new space. We’ll keep you posted.

    Reading the last couple of sentences makes me think there are no indoor classes at 444 Broadway these days… is that the case? Was planning to come on Wednesday.

    I was in Manhattan Oct 9-13 and found the Ross Pineturn park in Central Park, hoping to run into a bunch of CFers but alas, no luck. I was usually there anywhere from 6:30am – 8:00am during the week. I usually did 1 or two loops of the big reservoir (wow, the scenery was excellent).

    hey guys, just a heads up that i’ve been xfitting at Equinox going in line with the main page’s WODs. Especially with it being colder out and me having to be there pretty much every day anyway, Its been much easier for me there. I am still interested in contributing to the facility when it starts up. Keep me in mind, i’ll be checking in regularly.
