To the Front
Sticking with the WOD, and returning, as ever, to the fundamentals, today we worked heavy front squats:
Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Watching folks in action this evening, it became apparent how much shoulder flexibility seems to be lagging hip flexor flexibility and squat form – a good sign that all the Samson stretches and squat drills have been paying off, and a harbinger of impending skin-the-cat and front rack practice doom.
