    Power snatches singles up to 165lbs, PR by 30lbs
    Then 1-10 reps of 95LBS OHS + Pullup, snatch to get into OHS position. 7:37.
    So 1xOHS, 1 pullup, 2xOHS, 2 pullups, etc, through 10′s

    fun Workout at Primal with good friends. Bear crawls are a B!tch! Learned how to rope climb from the woman who’s name comes from being a natural rope climber. SC
    Spent the rest of the day hanging out with Spider Chick who is even cooler, funnier and more beautiful in person. She’s such a great mix of femininity and don’t fuck with me style. You think I’m girly in the gym then you should see this woman. It’s awesome. She sparkles.
    Hari: She said lots of nice things about you
    Had my first BJJ workout with Ceasar and Tom. Those guys were so welcoming. I can kick your asses now so don’t mess with me… I learned how to choke someone out and lots of other stuff. Rolling around is lots of fun and a kick ass workout.
    Keith: He says hi and that he misses training with you. He’s coming down for a workout soon.
    I have a few men I want to practice my moves on.
    See you all tomorrow. I’m bringing a guy in who’s here from Iraq. He wants to train with me :)

    I did 12 days with Moon and Dexter and it was not fun. 44:40. Not a good way to start off the holiday season!

    Those are the “I’m gonna fall over if I don’t hang onto you” photos. Interestingly enough I normally take pictures where I look completely wasted and am totally sober.
