amrap in 20 min of:
5 (3) weighted rope pulls
10 ghd sti ups
15 push press 65#
after the first round, tyler told me to do 3 instead of 5 because i was taking to long. I completed the last round, but not under 20 min.

AllisonNYC your tips helped. grip was curled towards my body, shoulders ahead of the bar, drag the bar up the body (pull shirt up), make some noise! thanks.
Also pulled a DL PR afterwards of 265. my goal for March is 270, goal for year is 300. On my way!
i did have some knee pain on the squats (right knee) my ITB and glute is bothering me. Never happend before. I’m goign to checked out.

Felt good today. Wanted to go heavier but was thrown off by a little situation that occurred with our friends downstairs.:(

Felt good. Could have gone heavier if I were better at racking on my shoulders. After the 185 I figured I would just do technique.
Brian-thanks for that small tip on the back swing on the kip-that really helped-great to see everyone today in class- at least i know it wasn’t my cleans that caused the disturbance downstairs-my pr was 72 .

SO GET THIS: EC just let me know that RX’d for women is 85# not 95# when men use 135#.
So that means for a Workout like Grace I’ve been using too much.
I hit Grace with 95# in 5 minutes flat.
I can get sub 4 with 85# for sure. I have to look back at that video of the girls doing it and see what their time is knowing they were using 85 # .
