3 sets max pull-ups
How many rounds can you complete in 15 minutes of:
Front squat 95# men / 65# women, 10 reps
Post load for front squats, reps for pull-ups, and number of rounds completed in 15 minutes.
11am: Pull-ups, Runs, Thrusters or GHD Situps and Back Extensions
noon: Black Box WOD or GHD Situps and Back Extensions
1pm: Handstand Pushups and L- Pull-ups or GHD Situps and Back Extensions
