    Subs for Double unders
    The common sub for double unders is tuck jumps. We have also used side to side hops over a small hurdle. For some of our puppies we have used side to side step overs on small hurdles.
    Subs for Knees to elbows:
    Generally we have people just pull their knees up as high as they are able. If someone cannot support their weight from a pull up bar we have them lay on the ground and bring their knees up to their chest as a sub.

    Dragging ass this morning, did 3 rounds in 24 min and change, using a 85# bar. Was afraid to go heavier given the huge crowd at 9am and having to turn around half way thru the 20 yards. Managed not to kill anyone with my bar.
    KTEs were all pretty damn legit–if not touching knees to elbows to every rep, no more than a couple inches away at most–and they’re what slowed me down, as DUs and overhead walks were comparatively easy/fast.
