Also, let me add that today is not the day to wear your running shoes. Weightlifting shoes are best, but low-top Chuck Taylors (or some other sort of hard-bottomed, flat shoe) will also work pretty well. Maniac said I did 10 less than him so I did 340 in 12 minutes.
Clean And Jerk
Didn’t fully lockout my elbows on a few of the 70s so stepped back to 60 to focus on form.
Did some push presses at 60(3) and 70(3). Also worked on jumping negative chin-ups(25) and full push-ups as I wanted to be done with knees asap.
