Puppies and Buttercups:
20 Pull-ups or 25 Beginner or Assisted Pull ups
20 Push-ups or 30 Box Push ups or 35 Wall Push ups
20 Sit ups (do not do crunches)
20-50 Squats (depending on ability)

Did this at my apartment and had to use the Iron Gym. All dead hang pull ups, which slowed me down significantly. The push ups, sit ups, and squats were all fast though.

One minute faster than New Year’s Eve!
Still using the single purple string, second half of my push ups were off the GHD instead of on knees, and my sit ups were anchored this time. 29:28.

Back squat: 95 (failed 103 a few times)
Overhead press: 52 PR
Deadlift 135 PR
Really need to fix my back squats. Haven’t come close to my former PR of 110 in a while.
