    Tonight the Crossfit Endurance NYC crew is meeting up for the last 5K race of the summer up at Van Cortlandt Park. Its a great little trail run that starts @ 7pm and is just $5. Registration is at the race. Van Cortlandt Park is only 30 min on the 1 train from Columbus Circle. It would be great to see a large group of crossfitters come represent !

    If I come in around 6 today can I make up yesterday’s workout without waiting until 7:30?

    Adam,
    Open Gym starts at 7:00 PM.
    By 6:30 PM, we will have two WOD classes running (6:00 PM WOD in the back, and 6:30 PM in the front).

    Since the WOD today is shoulder press, which means you only need a bar and a stand, I should be able to run through yesterday’s workout without interfering at all with anyone’s WOD. I can do muscleups, KB swings, and hand stand pushups all in about a 5 sq foot area that would be nowhere near anyone doing shoulder press.

    Fun with should presses. I recorded a lot of fails before a correction of my core stability (lack of) helped immensely.
