To continue with yesterday’s handstand theme, here’s Lenny on his recent trip to Jamaica showing us his best handstanding skillz. Lenny’s participating in our Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser again this year and this is why: “I have friends who have fought for this country and because of being wounded are no longer able to fight themselves.     10k time-trial: 59:58 (9:41/mi).
    Ran the final 5k without water (only had an 8oz water bottle), which sucked. Felt pretty flat to begin with, just got worse from there.
