Front Squat
Back Squat

Workout ends when the bar touches the floor – including between exercises!

Rest, then, max reps in a single set again:
Press
Push Press
Push Jerk

Same weight for both halves, benchmark of 95# men, 65# women.

Post reps and “your mama” jokes to the comments.

    Made up WOD from last night, 11 rounds Rxed.
    WB were better, it’s just that on the last one each set I let it fall, where it fell and hit one of the boxes and careened into the regular space, and had to go chase it down LOL
    But better as far as the “legs then arms, arms then legs” concept-like rowing
    GHDs were tough, back extensions were a lot easier.
    Thanks to Emily for the advice on the GHDs.
