Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I’m thankful for the Crossfit community keeping me active, healthy, and badass. And if anyone cares, I’m going anti-paleo all weekend long. And it’s going to be amazing.

I wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving, however you choose to celebrate it. I am thankful that Crossfit is part of my life.
Although I think I will skip the 50 thrusters – I need my legs for a turkey trot tomorrow ;)

I’ll be claiming the “so slow” crown thank you very much. Props to Kevin for helping me find the strength to finish the last 15 pullups, many of which were one-by-one. He stuck with me, so I stuck with Jackie til the end. Amazing experience…
Just Turkey, broccoli & salad for me tomorrow. Day 10 of Paleo and all’s well.
    Thanks & Praises,
    Reis

9:15 at Rx. Suprised myself twice at the box tonight. Once with my time for the WOD, as it was under 10 min. And before that, while waiting for the WOD to start, I tried to muscle-up (after practicing on and off for a few months). I got 2 dead hang muscle-ups in from full arm extension. First ever overall. I was self-shocked.
