    From Brand X:

Big Dawg, Pack and Puppy can all do this as Rx’d. Pack and Pup be careful of your form if you find that your form is breaking down, lower the weight rather then continue to do the exercise badly.

12kg, 30#, 35#, 35#, 35# – Would have loved to try 40#, but alas we have no 40# dumbbells, and I’m positive I would have failed at 45#… oh well.

This workout looks awesome, but Valentines Day is cramping my workout style tonight.

  • Laura

Can we get more dumbbells please?
    Especially #10, #12, #15

  • Bob C

30, 35, 35, 45, 45. Would have liked to have gone heavier, but wasn’t comfortable with the hand maneuvering using heavier kbs instead of dbs.

I used a kettlebell, 12kg for every round, although for deadlifts only increased 12 kg to 16kg to 24kg.

sorry, typed that too quickly, it is the “Black Box Journal” (like the Crossfit Journal, but for the Black Box).

    1 pood, 45#, 1.5 pood
2 pood: DLs, 3 hang cleans, 2 hang cleans, PPs, FSs
2 pood: DLs, 2 hang cleans, 2 hang cleans, rest of the complex on the minute
    1.5 pood
2 pood: 1 rep of each

Next time, I’ll try 2-3 reps at 2 pood. Or perhaps try to break into only 2 subsets.

Decided to go for max DUs and got 65 or so, which is a PR. No warm up.
