    Decided that I’d save the 45 minute commuting time back and forth and try this in the globo gym near my office. (Is it bad that i felt like I was cheating on The Black Box, and I’m not even a full fledged member yet? )

    Since I can’t yet do doubles,(and frankly, I struggle with singles) I decided to triple the number and do singles instead. After forgetting to start my stop watch after the first 150/50, I started it and finished in an appalling 14:03. Situps were unanchored without an abmat. But hey…at least I started to get into a groove on the singles, and I did manage a few single doubles afterwords.

    annie: 8:10 rx (pr is 6:50) – cable rope broke on me in the middle of the workout and had to use one of the heavy slow ropes – messed my timing up =( …situps anchored without an abmat

    deadlift: 315# x 5 pr
    full glute ham raise: 3×2 ? yikes that is hard

    5 Seated DB Power Cleans 50 lbs
    Sprint 20 yards

    5:20 with 45# db and only 7 rounds because i misread the workout!

    7:31, ab mat sit ups, I have been practicing damn du’s for about two months now, need more practice…

    The first set would have been faster, but I hit another members rope (I am very sorry) since the space was small.

    5 sets of 1 press, 2 push presses @ 165
    GHD Annie 12:08 – regular PR is 6:01 GHDs were way slower.
