Is it okay if I come in a roll and then practice double unders outside while waiting for Mark at 8?

is there any reason to believe the gym will be so packed that other people can’t work out at the same time as this guy’s talk?

and last minute cancellations of prime-time workout hours for non-core activities strikes me as kind of BS, unless you’re going to refund daily pro-rated rates for members who are unable to workout (not that I’m going to stomp my feet over $10, but this is a pretty weak move). Point being, save these elective activities for the weekends or off-hours.

the change in schedule didn’t affect my workout time but I agree.

I had my keys in a cubby at the box tonight. If someone accidentally picked them up could you please return them.

    Thanks,

Two sets of keys were found last night, and they’re both up at the receptionist desk.

    Mike,

There was a reason to believe we couldn’t do both at the same time. We had about 150 people in attendance.

We posted an explanation daily since the weekend. We sent an email to every member. We didn’t charge our members or make money.

We probably run more WOD classes than anyother CF gym in the world. We have opened the gym on Christmas, New Year’s, etc. We think long and hard before we cancel a class.

If you feel you have been in anyway mislead about the value you would be getting when you paid your membership–or if you are simply unhappy for any reason–we will refund your money.

    Mike
I’m sorry you feel that way. In my opinion though, your wellness probably would have benefited more from the opportunity to hear Mark Sisson talk than from a workout.
