Indoors or out?
There are two training options for today, Sunday, August 7th.
Update: In our early days, we worked out at the park, rain or shine, as we had no other options. But, truth be told, rainy morning park WODs are pretty miserable, and end up with a crowd far too muddy to be allowed in the door of any restaurant serving brunch. Therefore, we’re rain-checking the park WOD to August 21st.
Then there’s the WOD at the gym (10am, 11am, noon, 1pm start times, as per the usual Sunday schedule):
