    Cleans – bunch of singles @ 135#.

Rocked the WOD with Steph.  Got more rounds myself than I do on my own in Cindy.  I think I didn’t mark a round down as I was taking photos, so I’m confident our official count was 10 rounds each, plus 10 pushups.

    Nice work Steph!

    • steph

  • Jeff

Ashleigh (ring rows @ ~waist height) & Jeff
    35 + 8 push ups

This is an average of ~34 seconds a round.

Last time I did Cindy I aimed to do a round per 50 second interval, which would lead to a 24-round pace.  I ended up with 21+ rounds (average 1 round per 56 second interval).

Positioning myself directly under a short bar for push ups and squats helped.

  • Kameron

    Cleans: 3 at 115; 3 at 135, 3 at 155

    Team Cindy: Kameron & David – 26 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 8 push-ups

    A) 155×3 – 175F (only got 1 good rep) – 165×3
I’m wondering if my head was really in this… I feel like I could have got the 175 for all 3 reps if I had I just concentrated on the explosion. Next time…

    B) 20 rounds + 4 Pu (rx’d) with Mike (A.?)
Mike took the lion’s share of the push-ups and I focused on the pull-ups. I did somewhere around 70 pull-ups unassisted… and I’m pretty happy with this. I probably should have set aside the assistance band months ago.

    Really good workout.

  • David T.

    185-195-210 (2)

Let the bar get out in front of me on the last clean. Took 30 seconds rest and then cleaned it again to make up for the miss.
