A big thanks to Coach Avery for volunteering to open the gym on the New Year’s Day holiday and teach on a regular Sunday schedule (10am, 1am, noon, 1pm). Please note that we will be open on Monday, January 2nd, also on a Sunday schedule.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
135/95 lb. Hang Squat Clean x 12 reps
Double-Unders x 12 reps
Pushups x 12 reps
