3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100#/65# Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100#/65# Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100#/65# Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100#/65# Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100#/65# Thruster, 18 reps
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100#/65# Thruster, 21 reps

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

LOGISTICAL NOTES FOR TODAY’S and TOMORROW’S CLASSES:
TODAY: 26th Street location: folks doing 12.5 as RX’d ONLY
TODAY: 28th Street location: folks doing a SCALED version of 12.5 ONLY (or starting with RX’d thrusters for an official score of 1 to 3, and then switching to scaled)
SUNDAY: Open WOD 12.5 (both RX’d and scaled) will only be at 9:20, 10:20, 11:20, and 12:20 (at hr:40 and hr:00 there will be Sunday’s regular WOD, listed at the bottom of today’s blog post)
This morning’s NYC Endurance running class meets at 9am at 25 W. 26th St. (as it does every Saturday).
