    This wod was pretty awful for me. I really need to work on my ring dips and locking out at the top. A big high yesterday, a big low today – well, except for one thing.

    Eric, I’m eating Peanut M&M’s at the moment and won’t be in class tonight (don’t judge), but wanted to say thanks for:

    - making me secretly laugh when you do that funny hair flip when setting up for a dead lift.

    - made fun (I may be making this one up) of the front desk guy that talks about marker tops, rules and other uncool stuff.

    - taking that photo of me getting set to squat the 400 lb’s Ben was taking a break from. I may be making this one up as well.

    Good luck with your artwork. And if all else fails, just throw some paint on a canvas and add a $10,000 price tag.
