    sorry I missed the Filthy Fifty, but had to ‘rest’ for today’s Portugal 5 Miler…AND BEST 5 MILE race for me ever…by nearly 30 seconds: 34:07. THANK YOU CROSSFIT…IT WORKS! Stronger, faster, better!!

    Tough wod, 10:25 RX. Still struggling with the breathing from this damn never ending cold. I have learned in the last few weeks that having functional lungs makes Crossfit easier and not having functional lungs makes it harder. Wise words.
