Coach Ryan Fashion Update: According to my west coast sources, Ryan was last seen cruising down the PCH in a rented convertible wearing Oakley wraparounds and traveling with nothing but a duffel bag full of bottle-opening flip flops, Rogue Fitness shorts, and tank tops. In other words: ready to take the games by storm.

Shoulder sunburn accomplished. Farmers tan on the way out. Picture of actual car will be posted on FB later with some snotty remark about how much it costs to rent a car under 25. I do need sunglasses because sun exists on the west coast. No shortage of tank tops either. Hope everybody’s hands feel better. Be nice to Sully.

Despite taping up, I still tore off a nice callus. I will be purchasing a pumice stone as suggested.

16:27. everything was a struggle today, probably because of the past couple of workouts. used black and blue bands (when i’d been doing black only lately) and had to do knee pushups (and even those made me wanna die). blah.

B: 16.26 (no band, parallats with feet on box). Ugh. What a mess. Tore 3 callouses. Pushups were brutal – the last 3 rounds I did knee pushups to keep moving.
