Beginner WOD classes at HR:15:
A: Hollow Rock Practice

B: With a continuously running clock:
1 handstand push-up (“HSPU”) the first minute
2 HSPU’s the second minute
3 HSPU’s the second minute

When you fail at HSPUs, switch to push-ups.

Continue until you fail at push-ups.

    completed 12 rounds + 9 HSPUs and then swtiched to knee push-ups through round 15. we were cut off at that time. used 3 25 lbs plates and think i could switch to greater range of motion next time.

    Got through 8 full rounds + 8 (2 abmats). Did pushups from there on out. Switched to knees pretty quickly. Shoulders feel pretty wrecked.

    Third week of push up challenge! Thirty push ups a day, each one must be very good form. Break them up into sets as needed to avoid sagging or any other loss of technique. Chest to ground, every time, and if you have trouble with that, you should do these as hand-release push ups. Toward the end of the week, test your max reps (when form degrades, your set is over) and then finish the remainder in sets later.

    Got through 13 round of 24″ box HSPUs, got through 10 on round 14. 15 regular pushups on round 15, though had to do them in 3 sets. Shoulders are done for today.
