Coach Ryan Fashion Update: I don’t want anybody to think I’ve forgotten about the new shirt, which I still have not seen.

A: worked up to 235 for my last two sets.
B: 8:38 115lbs push jerk (subbed barbell jumps for du’s)

  • Jeff D.

    A: 225#
    B: 10:44 @ 115 #, 40 DUs (meant to be doing 30 but did 40 inadvertently)

  • NickA

    A:205#

What do the coaches recommend for the RX Jump rope cable width for someone who at best can string together 5-6 DUs currently?

    • RyanCWoods

I recommend the 2.6 dude. If you have 5-6 you are very close to pounding out 20 and then the real fun happens. The wire ropes feel quite a bit different from the ones we have in the gym but it won’t take long to get used to it. I’d just hate to see you buy a thicker one and have to get it replaced in a week anyways.
