Let’s do fartlek work! No, this is not supposed to be dirty! Fartlek is a swedish word for speed play and Coach Heidi has a fun Fartlek planned for the three endurance classes! All you have to do it meet her at 28th st at 6, 7, or 8am and get ready to play with your speed!! Free for all members, $10 for non-members.

Coach Josh writes: “On Sunday, a handful of our coaches served as the judges for the RBC Decathlon, a competition to find the fittest guy (and, in a pilot program this year, girl) on Wall Street. The charity event raised more than $1.2m for cancer research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. The globo-gym judges last year were a bit soft in their standards, so the organizers reached out to CFNYC to bring Games-level stringency to this year’s form. Having studied up on Boz videos, we’re here practicing ‘NO REP.’”
