    Coach Ryan Fashion Updates: Nike shorts? I’m shocked whenever we see anything other than Lululemon or Rogue. Maybe it’s laundry day? Sidenote: does folding laundry count as an “active rest” day?

      Plenty of laundry left. It was a rest day and they are my comfy shorts. Back to the same tomorrow. Although the pinks might make their way out again if my workout requires such “badass-ery”

    B: The pace was fine, Jon, we just happened to be the most courteous Crossfitters this morning, allowing everyone to start ahead of us.
    C: Flashbacks of elementary school. I don’t know that I’ve ever won a fair tug of war in my life.
