This weekend’s workout will be weather dependent. If the weather looks good, we will be going outside for “Griff.” If the weather looks bad, we will do a new one, “Ship.” (PLEASE NOTE: Whichever WOD we end up doing, please meet at 28th St.)

    A: 30 kettlebell cleans/minute on each side (8kg…will def go up next time)
    B: completed 2 rounds + 3 pull-ups (w/ black and green bands)
    also: ouch.

    Something sage-like: 2 rounds plus 2 burpees at 125#. Given how that sucked, should have rx’d. At least I’d have that going for me… Nice way to say hello to the weekend.

    Have a pull up bar at work to be able and do sets during the day. Also, like to see what everyone can do. A new plumber showed up today. He got 15 muscle ups straight away-this after being asked to simply show us his pull ups.
