Noon – 4:00 PM (Coach Sully teaching)

Beginner WODs: 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM

In addition, please note that there are NO CFE WODs today!

Black Box WODs:
A: Mobility work

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Beginner WODs:
A: Find your 1 rep max on the Push Press

B: Three Rounds For Time:
15 Power Cleans 75#/53#
15 Hand-Release Push-Ups

5 95# Barbelll OH Lunges (each side)

Equal work to equal rest is the theme for Tuesday. We are going to run sprints based on time, not distance. So get ready to run :20 of Sprints with :20 rest for a total of ten times. 10 X (:20 on, :20 off)

    Crap. I forgot to sign up for a class tomorrow and all of them are full.

    If anyone else is in the same boat and feels like joining me, I’ll probably do Cindy in Central Park at the Ross Pinetum playground (84th, western side of the park) at around 11am.

    So I have a question about this Coach Sara lady… Why have I never trained with her before? My body literally feels like its broken and I fought the 5 horse man of the apocalypse (Sara being the fifth). Her answer to my “i’ve only ever heard good things about you”…”I hope that you have only heard bad things about me” gave me immediate crossfit WOoD. I had heard scary things about her and I am glad that she lived up to all of my expectations.

    She’s a goddess and the devil all in one workout. Lets do this again sometimes. I hope it was as good for you as it was for me. Call me
