Find Your Fastest 400m DAY! We will find your fastest 400m time and then rest 5 minutes and run 4 X 400m @75% of that ‘determined-fast’ pace with 1min between intervals. **Bring a stopwatch if you own one. If you don’t and plan on running with Coach Heidi frequently, she recommends you purchase a basic one at any sports store.

    Now I REALLY need a day off.

    Got 28 DU’s in a row. Undoubtedly due to the beard mojo growing back in.

    There are chippers, and then there are grinders. Today, for me at least, was a grinder. I did the team wod by myself, so I did RX weights but half (rounded up) of everything. 135lb shoulder to overhead and a volume of 38 65lb overhead squats were particularly challenging. 52 freakin minutes.

    Btw, it sure is quiet in the comments here lately. Where did everybody go?

    Clean training with Brian d. He is unbelievable, my cleans and snatches have increased a great deal. Works sets were done at 191-201 (previous pr), felt pretty light.
