Last high noon hero wod ever? Seriously?!? Not only was I completely bummed when I was told this at today’s class, but so were the 10 or so others in the class. I have been a regular at the high noon hero wods since their inception and absolutely love them. Learning about the heros and doing the killer wods is just so damn awesome. I am really sad to see this crossfitnyc tradition become history.

    • Shayna

I second that. I love the high noon hero wods!. Why are you getting rid of them?
