LATEST SCHEDULE ADDITIONS!

Effective this coming Saturday, September 15, we will be doubling the number of Beginner WODs on Saturdays. We will have eight Beginner WODs each Saturday, on the half hour from 7:30AM to 2:30PM (ending 3:30 PM).

We will continue to have Black Box WODs on the hour from 8:00 AM to 3:00PM (ending at 4:00PM).

We will eliminate the Black Box WODs at 9:45AM, 10:45AM, 11:45AM, and 12:45PM.

In addition, as was already announced last week, effective TODAY (Monday, September 10), we have added an 8:30PM Beginner WOD from Monday through Thursday at our 28th St. location.

Zen Planner has been updated to reflect these new classes–please be sure to pre-register to guarantee your spot!

    CrossFitters and Runners alike! We are SUPER excited to tell you about a cool CrossFit Track Race (Championship) we are holding next month!

    It will be held Saturday, October 13th at the outdoor track at East 6th and the FDR.

    We are going to be holding the following races:
    100m
    200m
    400m
    800m
    MILE
    and Relays of 4X100, 4X200, 4X400 & a Co-Ed 4X400.
    All races except for the co-ed 4X400 will be run separately for boys and girls.

    We will have medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each event (and good medals at that!) and this will be our INAUGURAL Track Meet. We hope to eventually have competitions where we take on other boxes for the fastest CrossFitters. We obviously will WIN those future endeavors.
