B: Scaled version of Tag Team “Fight Gone Bad”

In teams of two, complete three rounds of “Fight Gone Bad.” One partner works at a time, and partners can switch off at any point.

“Fight Gone Bad” consists of the following:

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 14#/10# ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 65#/43# (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 65#/43# (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Did the 3rd paleo challenge wod, 5rft-20 burpees, 20 kb swings 24kg: 13:59. Happy with that, wanted to break 14:00. My total for the 3 bench mark wod’s is 35:41. Currently I am 11th of 46 in the masters division.

    Fifth Avenue Mile: 5’56″ (a personal best by a wide margin). I’m thinking it might have something to do with two days of recovery and consumption of nothing except simple carbs due to catching a cold.
