The “Big Talker” WOD was so much fun yesterday that we decided to do 16 sets instead of just 10. We went from warming up with just the 33lb bar to a max of 68 lbs.

  • Jeff D.

Team WOD RX’d – “Four Amigos”

Good work guys – Jeff thx for picking up the last 17 OHS or so after I mysteriously just fell over.
Really good workout and let’s continue doing the group WODs.

  • Albert Insogna

    A: 135#
B: 9:43. Looking forward to trying this one again- I’d slow down the row and go for more unbroken thrusters (basically what Will told us but I’ll actually listen next time!)

And thank you to whomever it was that dropped off my jacket in the L&F bin at 26th.

  • Jim S

    C. Once my forearms recovered, slow-ass bike ride home…

    • Andy Graves

I was exactly the same. My arms were totally failing on the ride home!!!

      • David Stogsdill

The inability to squeeze the brakes makes for an exhilarating ride! Nice work on Jackie, sub-10 is solid, especially after squatting like that.

  • Andy Graves

    A: 225, 225, 225
    B: 9:58 Rx’d. 4 seconds slower than a year ago. Not improving, that’s a little disappointing.
