One pull-up and one handstand push-up (HSPU) first minute, two pullups and two HSPUs the second minute, etc. When one move fails, keep going with just the other.

    a few of us went to Hu Kitchen after the CFE running WOD this morning for breakfast and loved everything about it — the paleo-friendly food, the delicious options, the ambiance, the homemade almond milk… highly recommend! the manager seemed eager to please a bunch of crossfitters too..
