First ever CFE WOD at 7am for this non-runner!

5:08…way harder (and COLDER) than I expected. Thanks for all the encouragement from Heidi and fellow first-timer Amber :)

Ben, Justin and I put the hurt on Linda this morning at 7:00.
    Dead 275 – Bench 175 – Clean 135
    10:17

I would imagine the non-team version would take me about 4x longer. Gold star goes to Beth & Diego, who knocked it out in a team of 2 in 20 minutes…nice job!

    • BenS

      that was a fun one

  • Albert Insogna

Linda: deads at 225 then dropped to 185, bench 185, cleans 135 dropped to 115. Other team members did heavier weight. Pretty rough go for a Monday- let’s see what’s on deck for tomorrow… DOH Kelly.

    Linda with Mike and Joe:
    275 dead, 175 bench, 135 squat cleans
11:01 – all agreed we should have gone heavier

B: Adrian Rx’d. 22:11 Finally got over some kind of mental hurdle (or finally have strong enough lats) to string the T2B together unbroken.
