    Worked out at Crossfit Discovery, Daniel Island, South Carolina. Big fun. Warm up was dodgeball. WOD was 35 min (for one of the coach’s 35th bday) team WOD where 1 person runs 400m while the other does 11 pullups, 25 DUs, 7 burpee box jumps and 7 deadlifts (60% 1rm). Have no clue what my score was but it was fun (though burpee box jumps outside on brick made me really glad I wore long pants).
