Black Box WOD/Beginner WOD:
Black Box classes [please note this is a TESTING DAY!]:
A: 2 attempts for max reps strict HSPUs; then 2 attempts for max reps strict pullups — do NOT scale unless you cannot do a single HSPU or pullup (scaling for HSPU will be regular pushups). Rest at least 5 minutes then 2 attempts for max reps kipping pullups. B: Max effort 500m row.

Beginner classes [please note this is a TESTING DAY!]:
A: 2 attempts for max reps strict HSPU; then 2 attempts for max reps strict pullups – do NOT scale unless you cannot do a single HSPU or pullup (scaling for HSPU will be regular pushups). B: Max effort 500 meter row.

Coach Kasey writes: “I got to go watch one of the biggest downhill skiing races of the year this past weekend in Kitzbühel. After the races we went to the top of the mountain to eat a traditional Austrian meal!! So much fun.”

A1. Back Squat 3×6-8; A2. alternating 1-leg jump and reach (contralateral) 3×6 [Beginners do 2-legged version of jump & reach]. B: 3 sets: max unbroken wallballs, rest as needed between sets.
