    Tested earlier in the week so:
    A1: 3x 185×8 (that’s a best effort)
    A2: Skipped. Nursing my shoulder. Not doing any pull ups for a while.
    B: 21, 15, 9 FS (115lbs), sit up, double under. 8:53
    I went shopping for pants today. Waist is now a 31″ but nothing fits because my thighs are too big. I blame all these squats. Keep them coming.
