“The Chief”

Max rounds in three minutes of:
135/95# Power Cleans x 3
Push-Ups x 6
Air Squats x 9

Rest one minute. Repeat for a total of five cycles – picking up each cycle where you left off when the last ended.

Black Box WOD/Beginner WOD:
A: 5×2 squat snatch w/5-sec. pause at the bottom.

[Black Box scaling:] B: Take 15 minutes to establish a 6RM TnG squat snatch.

[Beginner scaling:] B: Take 15 minutes to establish a 5RM hang power snatch.

    The Chief: 11 rds + 1 clean rx’d . Shot from yesterday BUT that still an improvement from last time (February 2012-15 rds at 70# and knee push ups).

    Managed to do the Chief in my hotel gym in shanghai —> 15 rounds + 3 cleans; Rx’d….with more than a couple of odd looks from the gym attendants….
