Schedule Changes for Weeks 3 & 4 of the Open (check back for updates)
If you’re registered for the CrossFit Open and want to officially complete (and be judged) for Week 3′s WOD this week and Week 4′s WOD next week, the following classes will be available for sign-up on Zen Planner:
THURSDAY, MARCH 21st & THURSDAY, MARCH 28th:
“2013 Open WOD” with Sara at 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM
“2013 Open WOD” with Jason at 12:30 PM
“2013 Open WOD” with Sully at 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:30 PM
FRIDAY, MARCH 22nd & FRIDAY, MARCH 29th:
“2013 Open WOD” with Kyle at 5:45 AM, 6:45 AM, 7:45 AM, and 12:30 PM
“2013 Open WOD” with Jason at 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
PLEASE NOTE THAT SATURDAY, MARCH 23rd & SATURDAY, MARCH 30th we will offer OPEN WODs but these have not been created just yet. Check back here for updates!
Remember, all Open classes are capped at 12 students max. Please register ASAP to assure the time/date you prefer.
