Schedule Update, Effective Monday, April 1
For April, there will be a number of schedule changes, all of which are intended to meet the demand for classes as reflected by attendance. We have tried not to move any given class by more than 15 minutes, while still adding or shifting classes to where they are most needed. This is an ongoing process, with changes taking place as needed on the first Monday of each month.
Weekday Mornings: The following changes will create Beginner / All Level WOD’s every 30 minutes from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (ending 10:00 AM)
· The 6:15 AM, 7:15 AM and 8:15 AM 28 Street Beginner WOD’s will shift 15 minutes earlier (to 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, and 8:00 AM). The 8:00 AM WOD will become All Levels. These WOD’s will be taught by Nick on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and by Heidi on Tuesday and Thursday.
· The 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM CFE WOD’s will be eliminated on Tuesday and Thursday.
· Sara’s 26 Street 8:00 AM Black Box WOD will be eliminated (shift to either the 7:45 AM Black Box WOD at 26 Street or the new 8:00 AM All Levels WOD at 28 Street)
· We will add a 9:00 AM All Levels WOD, taught by Sara from Monday through Thursday and by Kyle on Friday.
Weekday Afternoons: The following changes will create lunchtime WOD’s every 30 minutes from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (ending 2:00 PM)
· We will replace the 12:30 PM Beginner WOD with Beginner WOD’s, at 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, from Monday through Friday, taught by Jason.
· We will move the 12:15 Black Box to 12:30 PM, taught by Kyle from Monday through Thursday and by Sully on Friday.
· The 12:45 PM CFE WOD will be eliminated on Monday and Wednesday.
Weekday Evenings: The following changes will create Black Box WOD’s every 30 minutes from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM (ending 9:00 PM) from Monday through Friday.
· The 5:15 PM Black Box WOD will be eliminated, and all other evening Black Box WOD’s will shift 15 minutes earlier.
· Sully will teach 26 Street Black Box WOD’s at 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, from Monday through Friday.
· Kevin will teach 26 Street Black Box WOD’s at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM, from Monday through Friday
· We will add a 2:30 PM All Levels WOD with Sofia on Sunday.
