All-levels WOD/Beginner WOD:
20 minute AMRAP: 10 push press 115/75, 10 pull ups, 20 sit ups

Competition Team WOD:
A. Technique work for snatch: 5 sets of Barski Snatch (3 consecutive high hang snatches) – focus on speed and timing (55%,60%,65%,70%,70%)
B. Open WOD 11.1: AMRAP 10 minutes: 30 double unders, 15 power snatches (75/55#)

CFE WOD:
100m run
