    Why are we doing burpees instead of Double-Unders in Filthy 50? That is just wrong on soo many levels! (here’s to hoping it was a mistake)

      The 50 ends with wall ball, burpee, double under. I suspect they will be there as always…it’s not nearly as filthy without them.

        Ha, you are right! I totally forgot (or blacked out) that burpees were in there. It has been over a year since I did Filthy 50 last.

          Understandable blackout. The order of the movements as programmed is anything but random…hellish end to that WOD. Looking forward to updating my time after well over a year.

    Today is my 1 year mark at CFNYC. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. In reference to the tennis and golfers elbow article….I had both…in both elbows…and both elbows had surgeries…….it was super fun…..thanks to playing tennis 3-6 hours a day…every day…

    Today was all around brutal with Coach Josh at 6AM UWS – I think this had more to do with the 3 Sierra Nevada’s I had last night rather than the programming. I think I’m learning (apparently very slowely) if you’re going to drink the night before a 6AM class, best to stick with Paleo friendly alcohol.

    A. 5×5 – 1@115#, 2@120#, 1@125#, 1@130# – we didn’t really follow instructions perfectly but I only got 2 reps on the last set.

    B. 182 – I was straight winded. Josh threw in some tabata pushups right before this. Just mean.
