Free Intro

The best way to experience CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our free intro classes. Each intro class includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a short CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a brief discussion of how we, as CrossFitters, think about fitness. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, so you can see why so many people around the world are hooked.

We hold free intro classes multiple times per week, at both our Flatiron (44 W. 28th St. at Broadway) and Upper West Side (157 Columbus at 67th St.) locations. We highly recommend that you sign up online using the list below, but walk-ins are always welcome; just try to arrive 10 minutes early, to fill out paperwork.

Our free intro class is suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying something new may be intimidating, so we’ve designed this class for anyone, regardless of fitness background and experience.
