Getting Started

If you’re unsure whether CrossFit is for you, consider trying one of our free intro classes.

After trying an intro class or two, however, most people are converts: they realize they’ve been wasting a lot of time in the gym, and that CrossFit would get them in the best shape of their lives, fast.

The next step is our Elements Workshop. Elements is a six class series that covers the basics of CrossFit. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class.

We require all of our members to complete the Elements Workshop (except those who can demonstrate that they have completed a similar program and/or have significant CrossFit experience at another CrossFit affiliate), so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes.

Your $299 enrollment fee includes six Elements classes, followed by three weeks of general membership, so you can transition into WOD classes. Elements Workshops are limited to no more than 6 athletes, to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.

If your schedule does not fit any upcoming Elements series, or you would prefer one-on-one attention for ease of learning, please contact us to set up Private Elements ($599, includes three weeks of general membership after Elements, often unavailable during peak hours [6:00-8:00am, 6:00-8:00pm]) with one of our coaches.
