How Do I Join?

Step One: Beginner's Class

First, come on down for a free beginner's class. Click here for the schedule and to pre-register. You can attend as many free beginners' classes as you'd like, to get a taste of CrossFit workouts and to see if CFNYC might be a good fit for you.

We prefer that people pre-register for class, but if you have any trouble doing so, just come to the scheduled class and we'll be happy to put you through our workout.

Step Two: Elements

Your next step is an Elements Workshop, a month-long series of 8 classes, which will teach you the basic techniques (including key movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebelling) and ramp you up to full CrossFit intensity. Elements Workshops are a mandatory pre-requisite for general membership, and cost $300. For more info on Elements, read our FAQ. To enroll in Elements, click here!

If the Elements Workshop class times do not fit your schedule, or if you would prefer more individualized attention, email us to sign up for Elements Private Lessons.

Step Three: Full Membership

After Elements, you can join as a full member, attending as many WOD classes throughout the week as you'd like. For any membership sign-up questions, just email us.
